About Good Faith Property Management

At Good Faith Property Management, we offer the full list of property management services to help our tenants stay comfortable in their homes. Our properties are well maintained, with in-house maintenance available within 24 hours of your call. We pride ourselves in taking care of people, and you will appreciate the difference when you rent from us.

Our team has over 25 years of combined experience in the real estate and property management industries and we are ready to put in the work for you.

Our Mission is Two-Fold

To serve our owners with a focus on their specific real estate goals, handling all aspects of property management from the perspective of a seasoned real estate investor.

To keep the needs of our tenants as a top priority, managing their requests with timeliness and diligence, and, above all, treating them as we ourselves want to be treated.

How do I pay my rent?

Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.
1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
